Pvt. Eddie D. Haynes was assigned to C Company, 728 MP Bn. in Korea in April 1952. Click here to see a letter sent to Haynes' wife from the C Company C.O. On the next several pages are photographs Eddie Haynes took during his tour in Korea. Eddie has passed away and the photos were graciously supplied by his daughter, Patricia, for use on this web site. The photos' captions, where provided, are those written by her father on the backs of the photos.

Eddie wrote the following about his service: "I enlisted in the U.S. Army in October 1946 and was honorably discharged July of 1953. I served in Germany for 39 months and spent 18 months enroute to, from and in Korea. Twenty-four months were served stateside in Military Police School, Parachute Jump School and stationed in a Military Police Battalion in Fort Dix, New Jersey for a total of 6 years and 9 months of military service."
